Description
Beauty is not just skin deep, just like fine art is not just pigment on canvas, the deeper you look the more meaning there is. I wished to express this talented voice, trusting eyes and wholesomeness within Cece, through art. Constantly struggling to improving her abilities and striving for excellence inspired this painting. The looking back for approval, the grasping of the awarded flowers like a security blanket, the tenderness of the lips and the hair of an angel show that improvement or perfection is a never ending task but a worthy goal.
